Angelic Breath Healing classes are an invitation to slow down, temporarily turn down the noise of the outside world and turn within - receiving your breath to feel into what it’s like to be you, to relieve stress, and to listen to the messengers of your heart. Class will start out with a gentle introduction, followed by a short guided centering meditation, pulling an oracle card, brief sharing, explanation of the breath - and then we’ll move into a guided active breath meditation where you will be laying down and breathing while a playlist plays through the speakers.
Please bring yoga mat, blanket, and eye cover.

On this enchanted full moon Midsummer Night, you are invited to gather beneath the oaks and immerse within the depths of your dreams. Our evening will begin with an introduction to Intentional Dreaming with Mother Earth and a reading of “The Rose” from Madeline’s dreaming booklet Then I Woke Up: Dreaming with Mother Earth.
We will then move into a guided breath meditation, where you will be invited to breathe into Mother Earth's dream on this full moon Midsummer Night. Our evening will complete with group sharing and a collective dreamwork invitation for the night ahead.

I have been drinking nettle infusions steadily for almost 10 years and am changed through my relationship with this wise & beloved plant.

St. Hildegard of Bingen (1098-1179) lived in 12th century Germany as a visionary, prophetess, poet, herbalist, angelic musician, Benedictine abbess, and mystic whose teachings, music compositions, scientific discoveries, healing methods, and art remains relevant and revolutionary today. While Hildegard received profound visions since she was a child, it wasn’t until age 43 that the visions became so insistent that she could no longer contain the secret depths she had held within for decades. This inner voice identified itself as “the Living Light” and spoke to her regularly, teaching her the mysteries of the universe in profound detail and clarity.
Throughout her lifetime, Hildegard authored 10 books on subjects ranging from holistic health to plants, trees, crystals/rocks and fish - plus theology, cosmology, and science. She was renowned for her healing abilities, her paintings, and her music - she composed the first opera of the West - she is also the poet and lyricist for her musical compositions. Hildegard bravely called church leaders of the time to reform both in her letter writing and in her teaching, which she undertook in major cathedrals and monasteries of the day. Hildegard also spoke extensively about angels.
She was a true prophetess and renaissance woman whose timeless teaching pierce through the veil of forgetfulness in the times we live in today. This Angelic Breath Healing class serves as an invitation to commune inwardly with Hildegard of Bingen and the Living Light which poured through her throughout her lifetime. Themes of Inner Listening, Speaking Your Truth, Greening Earth Blessings, Healing, Courage, Strength of Heart, and Justice weave through this class. While your life may look very differently than Hildegard’s - the invitation is to become inspired by the blazing truths that resides within you and to live in harmony with your true nature.
