For more than a decade, I’ve facilitated intmate classes, immersive retreats, and mentorship journeys - serving deep-hearted sensitives who feel called to nurture their relationship with body and breath, Earth and dream.

With extensive training in spiritual psychology, somatic trauma resolution, and Western herbalism - and as a lifelong student of the dreaming world and the wisdom of nature - I am devoted to creating spaces where inner listening is strengthened and supported.
