Angelic Breath Healing Summer Sessions are an invitation to meet yourself where you are;
in joy and wonder, grief and doubt, possibility and hope … what you’re moving through is welcomed as a doorway to deeper intimacy within.
This 6-week series is designed as a sanctuary for your body, heart, and soul to enhance your awareness of the Angelic Assistance and
Divine Guidance that’s ever-present within you.
We will meet on Tuesdays over the course of six weeks - each class has a themed invitation for attuning inside and
deepening awareness with the grace, guidance, and wisdom of your inner world in the midst of summer’s bright busy-ness.

Yes. All the classes are recorded and posted in a private web portal for you to take in your own time. The web portal will remain accessible long after the course closes (at least 1 year) - so you’re also welcome to revisit the classes & content again and again.

No. I will explain the breath technique in each class and give various breath options depending on your needs and preferences.

It’s not a requirement to engage in the active breath to participate in this series. I will offer various breath and meditation options depending on your needs and preferences.
