Class 1: Gracefully Complete 2023 // Saturday, December 30th from 10:00am - 11:30am PST (receive the recording upon sign up)
As we cross the threshold from one year to the next, this class guides you through a process of reflecting on the lessons learned in 2023. Reflection serves as energetic metabolization. It helps our bodies and nervous systems digest what unfolded up until now … where we perceive we succeeded, where our growth edges were, surprises, challenges, and hidden blessings. We’ll start class out with a series of reflection prompts before moving into Angelic Breath Healing, a guided breathwork meditation for receiving your year, honoring it, blessing it, and declaring completion.

Class 2: Dream into 2024 // Thursday, January 11th from 10:00am - 11:30am PST (class will be recorded)
On 1/11 and the first New Moon of 2024, you’ll be invited to dream into your intentions, wishes, desires, and prayers for your year ahead. I’ll guide you through a process of reflecting on and deepening intimacy with the underlying feelings, senses, and qualities in harmony with your dreams and intentions for the year ahead. We’ll then move into Angelic Breath Healing for 2024 with an invitation to breathe with your year and plant dream seeds for the days and months ahead.
