A Self-Study Introduction to
Dreamwork & Soulful Dream Interpretation

“Once we know what the dream world is, to be without it is to be rudderless.
The dream continually corrects our waking course.”

You do not need to be a dream expert nor reach for a dream dictionary to understand your dreams.

Dreams speak in a language home to the heart, revealing themselves through sensation, image, feeling, and intuition.

Dreaming Garden is an introductory doorway into the world of dreams - offering foundational practices to help you receive their messages and weave their wisdom into your waking life.

Through four guided classes, you will learn how to listen, interpret, and integrate what your dreams are already showing you. Together we greet sleep as sacred - a space where body and spirit, Earth and psyche, rest and renewal meet in communion.

How the Classes Are Structured

Each session begins with a guided centering to help you enter your dream field with presence and receptivity. Teachings and visual explorations introduce you to your dreaming garden - the inner landscape where your dream life grows.

You will be guided through experiential practices that support decoding dreams through the body, honoring your intuition as a trustworthy instrument of interpretation.

This approach is deeply personal and inherently subjective. Rather than offering rigid definitions, it teaches you how to listen for the meanings that are uniquely yours.

Between classes, you’ll receive supportive resources - journaling prompts, meditations, and creative practices - to help you cultivate an ongoing relationship with sleep, rest, and renewal.

All materials remain available for continued return.

I believe dreamwork is profound soul work - a practice of listening to the place where Earth, body, and spirit communicate through symbol and sensation.

Dreams reveal the currents of healing, guidance, and connection already moving within us.

When we learn to listen, we remember that we are never without orientation - even in the dark.
