Are you feeling stuck in an inner knot?
An inner knot is a place where two truths pull in opposite directions within you. Together they create a feeling of being stuck between two needs or realities.
An inner knot might sound like:
I’m exhausted and I have to keep going.
I want to be fully seen and Part of me wants to stay hidden.
I want to speak honestly and I’m afraid of hurting someone I love.
I want to trust myself and I keep second-guessing my decisions.
This session is a space to sense within and begin untangling what feels stuck or knotted within you. Whether we’re listening through the body, attuning to a dream, or simply making space for what wants to be known, this is a place where the differing parts of you can be met, seen, and heard.

What’s the session like?
Unknot is a place to be received, to be heard, to be met - a sacred space in service of meeting what feels stuck and knotted within. Sessions tend to begin either by entering directly into the somatic experience, or through attuned conversation that uncovers the heart of the knot you’re navigating.
There is no pressure to have the right words or a fully formed story. What first feels tangled often begins reveal its deeper layers when given space and attention.
Your session may include:
• Somatic inner attunement to witness and untangle the competing pulls within you
• Inner listening practices that give voice to the different parts within, allowing each to be heard and understood without forcing a particular outcome
• Attuned facilitation that helps illuminate what is already within you - allowing clarity to arise from your inner knowing, rather than being directed or resolved from the outside your own knowing
• Breathwork, when appropriate is facilitated in a grounded yet ceremonial way to support deeper access to what’s present; also available for those specifically seeking a 1:1 breathwork session
• Dreamwork and Dream Interpretation, listening to the language of your dreams and what they may be asking you to see
While this session centers on tending to an inner knot, it is ultimately a space for you. We can turn towards what is asking for attention without a preconceived agenda.
Inner knots rarely loosen through thinking alone.
They live in the body as competing impulses pulling in different directions -
each asking to be followed.
Rather than forcing a decision or rushing toward an answer, this session offers space
for each side of the knot to be felt and heard somatically.
Session Details
What’s Included:
90-minute session meeting on Zoom
An optional pre-session questionnaire will be sent beforehand, offering space to share what feels most present or important to explore.
Following your session, you will receive a detailed follow-up email with personalized notes and discussed practices to assist in integrating what emerged.
Where we meet:
Sessions are held virtually on Zoom
Investment:
$300 or two monthly payments $150 for a 90-minute session

Private sessions are most supportive for those who have some capacity and willingness to attune to their inner world. If you have little to no experience turning inward - or if inward focus currently feels overwhelming or destabilizing - this session is likely not the right fit for you at this time.
Attunement-based work is not the right entry point for everyone. For some individuals - particularly those navigating active trauma responses, significant dissociation, or untreated PTSD - receiving care through trauma-informed psychotherapy or clinical care may be a more supportive first step.
These sessions are not therapy and do not provide diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. They are educational and experiential in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care.
Because this offering is a single-session container, those needing consistent, ongoing support may benefit from working within a longer-term therapeutic or care relationship.
